IT Supporter (m / f / d) in the User Helpdesk.

Permanent position, full-time - Cologne


  • To receive, prioritize, classify and process incident reports and other requests to IT via ticket system, telephone and email in accordance with ITIL.
  • The support of the schools and IT contact person (m / f / d).
  • Ensuring trouble-free functionality of all IT assets and software applications in cooperation with the 2nd level administration and the other IT teams.
  • The planning and coordination of employees (m / f / d) in the field.
  • The deployment or configuration of workstations (Windows).
  • The documentation of workarounds or solution approaches.

  • You have an IT-related professional training or corresponding proven professional experience
  • With common PC operating systems and standard applications in the MS Windows environment you know very well
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in user support, support and remote support and have already worked with ticket systems (preferably Tanss)
