Randstad Professional is recruiting for a client that acts in automotive industry sector and wants to reinforce its structure with a Functional Administrator Office 365 (M / F).
The main requirements are the following :
Strong affinity with Microsoft office tools;
Office 365 knowledge;
Analysis of processes and change management;
Excellent communication skills in English in an international environment (written and oral);
Team-oriented, accustomed to work in an collaborative environment;
Strong customer focus.
This role includes the following tasks :
Keep track of changes in Office 365, to evaluate and to communicate such changes to IT and
the user community for potential employment;
Launching actions to make sure that users are informed about changes;
Facilitate decision processes concerning the implementation of major changes announced by
Create / update support documents and materials for end users and the IT support organization;
Create / update training materials;
Moderate online forums related to Office 365;
Help and guide change management teams to employ Office 365 in processes and routines;
Functional support to end users by acting as a Competence Center behind the Helpdesk and a
potential L2 support.
Requests for Changes
Evaluation of change requests (new / change module, feature, process) and facilitating the
decision making process for the respective change request.
