We are looking for a Customer Service agent with a High Level of Italian and an Excellent level of English to join an international outsourcing service provider.
As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by consistently providing solutions to the customers.
During your day to day :
You will handle calls / emails in both Italian and English;
You will have 80% Inbound and 20% Outbound communication with the customers;
You will handle special requests;
You will manage reservations;
You will handle complaints and contact the hotels in case required.
You are the person we are looking for if :
You speak Italian (native or near native) and also English (high level);
You’re into consumer electronics : new tech and gadgets;
Be easy going while assertive, translate jargon and tech-speak to everyday talk;
Understand that it is the small details that can make the biggest difference;
You focus on what can be done, instead of what cannot be;
