Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

The Organization Workforce Management team provides key insights & analytics for decision making around the organization and its workforce to senior stakeholders.

Rooted in high quality data, it provides reports and analytics to create transparency and insights across key workforce drivers.

As connector between Service Working Management and operations it creates a holistic picture which ensures targets and budgets are reached.

As key contact it supports HR Solutions to secure data quality and ensures efficient & effective E2E process solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Organization tracking :

  • Track the organization for designated function or market to provide E2E view on position lifecycle
  • Support reporting and analytics of workforce and organization around FTE and PEX
  • Assist in achieving data compliance together with HRM and HR Solutions
  • FTE & PEX Planning :

  • Support planning, budgeting and forecasting for FTE and PEX
  • Monitor FTE & personnel expenses development, explain changes to organization and provide vacancy reporting
  • Execute defined processes (e.g. PRF, forecasting, budgeting) and share ideas for continuous process improvement
  • Workforce Reporting & Controlling :

  • Help answering Workforce Management related questions from key stakeholders
  • Tracking and reporting on 'local' FTE and PEX development against SWM plan, budget and baseline
  • Prepare data for ad hoc reporting and analysis for deep dive analysis
  • Support Personnel Expenses Controlling & analysis for designated area
  • Create standard reporting for all relevant statistics (Personnel / Actual / Forecast)
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluency in Business English
  • Mental agility, high degree of initiative, hands on attitude
  • Excel knowledge, good knowledge of using PowerPoint and Word
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

  • University degree in business, ideally with a focus on HR Controlling or Finance
