The Role :
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a newly created role in our Fulfillment Development team, collaborating with our teams in Portugal, China, US, Italy and UK to develop the Fulfilment by Farfetch business unit.
You’ll be able to manage the operations development of a new business unit within the operations, that will operate to offer to the market our 3PL warehouses.
The role will enable direct exposure into operations and commercial environment, at worldwide scale.
What you’ll do :
Compile, suggest and keep under control the yearly P&L of the 3PL services
Manage the FbyFF overall planning
Supervise new warehouses setup
Supervise warehouse continuous improvements actions on technology and WMS
Secure the correct management of the tech development requirements within the FTECH roadmap
Support the Farfetch Consulting team in to the Business Blue Print definition and partner onboarding activities
Secure the partners services headcounts localized within the 3PL facilities are supported and supports the operations at the best
Who you are :
Educated to degree level ideally in Economics or Management
Experience in complex projects management
Flexible approach able to adapt style to different stakeholders and audiences, remaining professional at all times
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter and highly motivated by personal and team success
Result oriented personality
Strong interpersonal skills and articulate both in verbal and written communication
Fluency both written and verbal in Italian and English is mandatory
French and Portuguese language knowledge are considered a plus
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
