We are looking for an enthusiastic and bright candidate with relevant experience in Revenue Management and a very analytical mindset.
As a Revenue Manager , you will use your analytical skills and mindset to maximize revenue through efficient stock allocation and price definition .
Reporting to the CRO, you will be leading the company’s Pricing Strategy, managing an effective yield management policy that follows the right benchmark and analysis.
Moreover, you will monitor fleet availability and liaise with the Marketplace team and with the Fleet & Logistics team to guarantee permanent improvements in such regard.
Main Responsibilities :
Analysing available data and preparing useful reports for pricing and occupancy;
Daily collection analysis, strategy adjustments and reports namely with regards to Daily Rate and Occupancies;
Provide weekly dynamic forecasting of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons
Monitor demand trends and competitive landscape to benchmark activity on an ongoing basis. Create and maintain a demand calendar model running 13 months for pricing;
Manage inventory (stock allocation per city), rates and restrictions through the revenue management system. Responsibility to maximize the campervans’ occupancies & rates by applying a correct yield management policy;
Identify changes in demand-supply equilibrium at route level;
Working with the Product & Technology Team to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data management platforms to gain deeper insight into the impact of Pricing strategies
Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or a related analytical field;
4-5 years of experience in Revenue Management within the rent-a-car our accommodation industry (advantageous);
Experience and strengths in modelling and analysis, market / industry research and competitive analysis
Good understanding of forecasting / budgeting principles and performance tracking against KPI’s
Passionate about driving impact and being comfortable being held to account for delivery
Expert knowledge of Excel & SQL (advantageous), with ability to translate analysis into actions
Strong Problem-Solving skills, with the ability to structure a complex problem and drive to key solutions hypothesis
