Quality Assurance Lead
Fortum Consumer Solutions is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join the Development Team in CoS Living & Mobility :
Open web, including Online Customer Acquisition
Web logged-in services (MyPages)
Mobile apps
The responsibility areas are global for all Living & Mobility markets. You will be working in a cross-brand and cross-market functional team that uses agile methodologies to develop digital services.
Together with the team you will be working in close collaboration with the stakeholders throughout the whole development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and operations.

Experience from technical testing such as test automation, performance testing or security testing
QA leading / coaching experience
Experience AWS and Azure, Jenkins, Docker, CI / CD, non-functional testing and agile ways of working based on DevOps
React and / or React Native, JavaScript with Typescript, Node.js, Contentful, APIs, Jenkins knowledge
Collaboration between the Fortum countries requires excellent English skills
What you will do :
QA leading and coaching in strategic software projects and programs
Participating in designing operating and governance models for QA on enterprise level
Defining and implementing software delivery OKRs and KPIs
Coaching and QA governance of multiple agile development teams
Investigation, research and implementing new testing tools and frameworks
Report to the Team manager but will work closely with your colleagues in other countries so some travel might occur (after pandemic restrictions)
