Insurance Ict Project Manager
Porto
Adecco Recruitment is developing a recruitment process for an Insurance ICT Project Manager (M / F), for an international client in Porto.
Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical expertise on the applications of the insurance domain;
Provide support on user requests, incidents and anomalies as part of post-delivery or day-to-day support on the systems;
Monitor market best practices and solutions to provide best-in-class solutions and levels of service;
Manage the portfolio of requests, in relationship with the business departments, the IT teams, and external suppliers;
Identify and manage IT risks of the perimeter.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in similar positions;
Solid experience in IT systems support and IT project management, with functional and technical background;
Knowledge of SQL and Business Objects or other BI tools;
Experience working with software suppliers;
Knowledge of bank and insurance activities and processes is a plus;
Previous experience on market ERPs such as Insurance solutions (Guidewire, Clearsight ) or Financing solutions (EKIP, Miles, ) is a strong plus;
English level C1 (profficient);
