These are your tasks :

  • Building and establishing our iQ solutions and services
  • Leading and developing a team of motivated employees
  • Development and maintenance of existing and new hotel and catering customers
  • Ensuring the involvement of all sales staff at the highest level
  • Initiation, support and participation in transnational innovative projects
  • Presentation of the company and products at trade fairs and events
  • Independent responsibility for compliance with sales and earnings figures
  • Qualifications

    You can look back on at least two years of experience in direct sales and you are motivated to be part of the internationalization of a company.

    You are communicative, like to work in a team and you are open to new ways. You are able to work autonomously and goal-oriented. Furthermore :

  • You have a successfully completed business administration degree with specialization in marketing / sales or a similar education
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the strong desire to join a young and very fast growing business
  • You are a sales professional and optimally have a strong network in the hotel industry
  • You have negotiation skills and reasoning
  • You have experience in managing staff
  • You are ready to perform above average
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, as well as good knowledge of the German and English language, both spoken and written
  • You can also work independently and effectively from home
  • You own a driver's license and like to travel
