French Native or C2 level is required along with a B2 level of English

AND good communication and customer support skills

Que funções irão desempenhar

The selected candidates will be answering questions, addressing complaints and supporting the French Market via phone, email and chat.

They will be also dealing with bookings and occasional administrative duties while meeting their goals and targets individually and as a team.
