Noesis is looking for the following profile : Responsibility : Provide front line (1st level) support and act as primary contact for external customers and / or end users for a wide range of applications.
Main activities : Answer to all calls, e-mails, and requests in a professional, prompt, and timely manner in accordance to established guidelines and procedures.
