Job Description

On behalf of our client, an amazing outsourcing company based in Lisbon, Portugal, we are looking for German speaking Customer Support Representatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer to customer queries and requests while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep in contact with clients by managing incoming calls, emails, claims and requests.
  • You are the ideal candidate if :

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Native level of German (C2).
  • You have good computer skills.
  • You have experience in Customer Support or speaking with clients.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are empathetic and have great listening skills.
  • You have excellent time management skills and are a team-player.
