Responsibilities
Work as part of an Agile development team in a DevOps model to configure and test high quality, balanced and compliant Rapid Response solutions that meet business objectives
Engage with Business Product Owners to identify, develop, document and validate the desired business capability
Demonstrate Agile behaviors that emphasize collaboration, team sharing, experimentation, self-organization and continuous improvement
Support Epic Owners and Solution Architects to develop business cases and demand estimates
Work with the Agile team to break features into stories, define acceptance criteria and test cases
Find opportunities to optimize business processes, including process automation
Build prototypes to get rapid feedback from collaborators
Unit testing of solutions in the Development environment and facilitating business testing of the solution in the Quality environment
Reduce or eliminate single points of failure by cross-training team members
Provide domain expertise when needed in specific functions

Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years overall IT experience
Proven Kinaxis RapidResponse Authoring Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ experience authoring in RapidResponse
Author Level 2 certification preferred
Professional Experience at Premium consulting company and end user client with key focus on demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
Experience in HiTech and / or CPG industries is preferred
Experience in Supplier Collaboration within RapidResponse is desirable
Experience in SAP and / or other planning applications is also a plus
Track record of business process improvements such as enabling automation
