The AI & IOT Support Engineering team is a new group part of Microsoft Customer Services and Support organization, meant to help and support our customers run and deploy their AI / ML workload in Azure Machine Learning service and build innovative AI based solution using cognitive services.
The role involves providing solutions to challenging customer problems through customer interaction, debugging, root cause analysis, code workarounds, bug fixes and sample code.
It encompasses a range of on-prem and cloud technologies from Azure IoT to Artificial Intelligence / Cognitive Services supporting multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Android etc) and multiple languages (C, C#, Java, Python etc)
From problem identification to full resolution, you will own and manage the customer experience over the phone and web. You will collaborate on a day to day basis with Software Developers, IT admins and Solution Architects and engage with Subject Matter Experts.
This would require that you are empathetic and savvy with identifying and solving challenging customer issues and a genuine desire to help people do their best.
