This role will be responsible for driving Channel Enablement service delivery activities for cluster markets that allow the business to drive quality at scale.
The Channel Enablement Specialist role will strategically collaborate with Business, Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs), and other Regional Leads within Channel Enablement to operationalize key Marketing / Medical Enablement services.
This includes email campaign management, Pfizerpro portal, e permissions process management and social selling.

Accountable For delivering Channel deployment plans , daily marketing campaign operations and effective and efficient channel capabilities, programs and new channel enhancements (e.
g. HCP web Portal, email, etc) to the business that satisfy internal and external customer needs while meeting relevant Global and Regional standards, including compliance, legal and business requirements, on time and to budget.
CEM Dashboard POC. Enables Marketing and Medical to achieve their business goals by supporting them on delivering their tactical plans that involve all the Channel enablement services.
Collaborates with business, BOPS and digital to achieve the Business Goals through their tactical plans. Reports to Marketing Enablement EU Clusters Lead of Biopharma Ops.
Manages email communications to patients & HCPs using Blast Emails and Data-Driven Automated Campaigns.Drives campaign execution, monitoring and reporting, country channel governance.
Manages SRT tool for CE Vertical services
Ensures effective and compliant operationalization of Digital channels and campaigns across a matrix organization, responding flexibly to changing external digital trends and customer needs.
Acts as channel subject matter expert and go-to partner for CE vertical channels, providing input on digital initiatives tracking and analytics.
Maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders including PBG Ops, Digital and other enabling functions.
BA Required; MBA or equivalent master’s level education preferred
Experience leading through matrix working teams
Willingness and passion to work in an international environment with different cultures
Experience in building new working group aligned around complex new business needs
Demonstrated experience in change leadership and change management
Ability to measure and assess business outcomes of programs delivered
Strong passion for change and innovation and experience in creating better customer experiences all the time
Team collaboration spirit, but also strong ability to work as a single driver and contributor
Project management experience
Proficient in common technical tools (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Language skills : proficiency in English. German fluent is an advantage
