Your Task

It will be your responsibility as a Dutch or Flemish speaking Customer Agent to answer any questions concerning purchases and complaints for a global company

You advise customers with all purchase processes

You are happy to find solutions for customer concerns

All customer issues will be added to the system and necessary changes of customer data will be updated by you

Your Profile

You enjoy working with people all over the world and are able to work in a team as well as working on your own

The customer needs are your top priority and you can be a proficient and friendly advisor with your good communication skills

Your language skills in Dutch or Flemish and English are excellent, any further language skills are a plus

As a Customer Agent you have good computer skills and are interested in learning to work with new computer systems
