Respond to tender invitations;

B.S in Management, Engineering, Law or related areas, with +5 years of work experience;
Experience in leading and working with multidisciplinary teams;
Experience in producing and delivering presentations for marketing, prequalification and tender purposes;
Ability to work independently with complex and sensitive information;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Attention to detail;
Fluent in English (French is a plus);
Nice to have
Experience in Project Management;
Experience in technical sales, proposal management. pre-sales or writing proposals;
Knowledge about Portuguese market (customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and business capabilities);
Broad technical knowledge in IT and SW Engineering;
Knowledge in Portuguese Public Sector procurement and contract vehicles.
