Support customer in creation of user stories in the area of Skill Management.
Analyze and structure of work packages and customer requirements.
Responsible for solution design (backend and frontend with NLP & ETL methodologies).
Collaborate with respective departments to implement data governance policies.
Ensure integration of Skill solutions in HR system landscape.
Coordination of international development team.
Support user acceptance test and related error analysis.
What distinguishes you :
Degree in information technology (computer science, Business Informatics, etc.) or comparable qualification.
Relevant professional experience as a HR Consultant and experience in implementing and / or working with Skill Management Solutions.
Certification and / or training with HR IT Applications and knowhow in NLP & ETL methodologies.
Very good English skills (written and spoken).
Team and customer-oriented, communicative and open for intercultural collaboration.
Structured, accountable, self-organized, target-oriented and analytical-thinking.
