We are looking for a person to join the Marketing Digital Products Chapter, to work daily on the Mass Market Segment Squad (prepaid customers without Yorn, mobile broadband, international and roaming), whose main responsibility will be to design and manage the segment digital propositions (including digital only and digital first products and specific digital programs), customer journeys (site and external landing pages) and digital campaigns.
This person will be the main Squad liaison with Digital Squads (Digital Tribe) and Brand Digital.
Definition and implementation of the overall digital strategy and projects for prepaid and mobile broadband segments;
Design and manage the segment digital propositions and projects for the segment (digital only and digital first propositions);
Definition and implementation of the go-to-market digital campaigns strategy for the current and new propositions;
Analyze the market digital customer experiences and ensure the gathering of " insights" for the site prepaid and mobile broadband segments’ journeys;
Propose new end-to-end digital customer acquisition strategies.
Higher education, preferably in Management, Economics or Engineering;
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and / or marketing roles;
Good at data analyzing and data driven decision making ability;
Able to manage change, make decisions and create valuable features for customers;
Comfortable reviewing and making business requirements and work across multi-disciplinary teams or Squads;
Critical thinking skills;
Follow emerging digital technology advancements in order to have a tech-savy approach;
Strong customer-centric focus, with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset;
High sense of responsibility, planning and autonomy;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and using Agile (Scrum / Kanban) methodologies;
Exceptional communication & influencing skills for impact, necessary for interaction with different stakeholders;
Digital marketing background / experience (preferred);
Good computer skills at the user level in Microsoft Office and digital analytics tools;
Fluency in the English language.
