The role content may vary according to the functional area but is likely to include project or program activities and learning opportunities and a hands on approach.

Systems & IT commercials support Responsibilities :

  • Support technical discussion with customers and partners to understand their requirements and propose solutions.
  • Provide consultative support to clients by evaluating and understanding their needs and subsequently developing customized solutions to ensure their goals.
  • Give technical support on RFPs.
  • Standardizing and maintaining proposal documentation.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to facilitate the progress of new opportunities from business and technical point of view.
  • Support demos to help on sales opportunities.
  • Installation of the proposal solution.
  • Qualifications :

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Understand customer and partner's requirements on project; successfully deploy a full company's Business solutions.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication skills and analytical.
  • Creativity and desire to collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Skills with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio & MS Project).
  • Proficient in the English language.
