We are looking for an ambitious AdSales Business Developer with experience about the digital advertising landscape, tools and ways of working to join our awesome company and collaborate with a strong advertising sales team by example and support our company in the dynamics of the online business!
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Identify, establish and develop new relationships with direct clients and media agencies : these will include relationships from Brand Managers to Director level
Strengthen and expand existing Ad Sales relationships across Direct clients and Media Agencies
Act as a trusted adviser throughout the sales cycle
Support and achieve ambitious revenue objectives, using thoughtful consideration to balance the right business and customer trade-offs on a case-by-case basis
Work collaboratively with a team to drive revenue growth
Focus on being able to analyse data, by producing internal and external reports detailing campaign performance
What will you need to be successful in this role?
3 years sales experience in a digital, social or other relevant area in the digital sector
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering or similar
Experience in digital advertising
Good network in media agencies is a plus
Proven track record of hitting sales targets, prospecting, creating new business, growing and retaining existing business
Experience in producing and delivering high value proposals
Demonstrate a strong negotiation, decision-making and presentation skills
Good team player, however, also be able to work independently and lead initiatives
