Ensure day-to-day quality of service of live applications to end-users by : o Resolving incidents o Answering user requests o Monitoring production environments o Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical) o Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones o Definition of Alerts to monitor production Qualifications : o Good understanding of the ITIL norm and practices (desirable) Domain / Technical : o Knowledge and / or experience of the financial services industry o Good understanding of SQL o Working experience with Unix and its standard command (desirable) o Basic knowledge of WebSphere TX (desirable) o Basic knowledge of Java (desirable) o Experience and ability to perform both technical and functional analysis and identify impacts (mandatory) o Experience of working with applications with many interfaces to other applications Others : o Mandatory to be fluent in English (daily working language with worldwide customers) This position implies : o On Call Duties to cover for eventual incident that may occur on weekends o Participation in planed technical validations during weekend.
