The primary purpose of the role is to support the OneERP Global Training Lead in the execution / delivery of the training activities required for the successful global roll out of Ferring’s new ERP.
The majority of business functions and end to end processes will be impacted by the OneERP global implementation. The training & development plan will ensure that relevant functions / roles and locations can effectively own and work with OneERP processes, policies and activities to deliver business outcomes effectively and efficiently.
The role is responsible for supporting delivery of the training & development plan to meet the current and future operational requirements, as well as the development of future capabilities, to meet Ferring’s strategic and operational objectives.
Specifically, the role will be responsible for
Ferring has invested in SAP Enable Now amongst other tools such as Cornerstone.
Execution of Training activities
Support in the delivery of the overall training and learning strategy for the successful implementation of OneERP. This covers any administration support in relation to training needs analysis, content development through to identification of delivery channel / approach and monitoring and feedback.
Support the delivery of the outcome of the training needs analysis by role and responsibility understanding the as is and to be processes of OneERP.
Work in conjunction with the OneERP Training Lead to ensure that training deliverables are coherent to the needs of the program and the country organizations and are delivered accordingly on time, to quality and scope.
Work with OneERP Program & ART (Agile Release Train) management to ensure program training activities are planned and delivered as per the program timelines and deadlines.
Support for Training Material Creation
Ensure the co-ordination and administrative support for the training materials creation, so that audiences receive the correct training.
Ensure the co-ordination and administrative support for the training materials delivery to the target audiences at the appropriate time / s.
Assist with delivery of less technical training materials (example : ServiceNow).
Support mechanisms to obtain feedback and evaluation of the different trainings in order to track and evaluate training attendance and effectiveness.
Assist with analysis of and use the data to identify improvements to the training solutions and approach to continuously improve offering / s.
Ensure this auditable evidence is aligned with user maintenance and system access.
Contribute to the identification of potential areas for improvement which leads to an improved learner experience, enhanced quality of content, more efficient management of training, more effective knowledge transfer, reduction of training costs etc.
