Contribute & Align the Product Vision and Product Roadmap with the Solution Owner and TSP Management
Anticipate Customer needs and Market evolutions so that we make the difference in time
Define the Release Plan based on the Product Roadmap
Manage the Product Backlog
Lead the Product development activities
Actively participate & organize the Agile Ceremonies of the Teams (stand-up / daily meetings, reviews, replenishing and retrospectives), constantly sharing our Agile Values & Principles
Test the implementation of the Stories / Features for the Product Release ensuring that delivery is viable from a Customer acceptance perspective
Prepare and Manage the Go / No-Go quality process for each Product Release
Analyze the Product Outcomes once released, based on Customer feedbacks & Business Metrics in order to ensure Continuous improvement.
3+ years in a similar position (Product Owner, Product Development, Product Lead, Product Manager, etc.)
Experience creating and maintaining a Product backlog and sorting the Product backlog items according to priority
Ability to Inspire others & generate people's commitment
Ability to clearly communicate the business requirements to the Team
Ability to understand, explain, support change
Ability to anticipate and adapt to business and strategic evolution
Experience with Product Development tools such as : Backlog Management & Kanban (E.g. : Jira); Knowledge Management : (E.
g. : MS OneNote & Confluence); Collaboration : (E.g. : MS Teams)
Knowledge on Standard Security Protocols (SAML2, OAUTH2, OpenIdConnect, etc.)
Good knowledge of the HTTP / HTTPS / SSL / TLS Protocols
Experience with continuous integration principles and tools (GIT / Maven / Jenkins / Sonar / Nexus)
Knowledge on test principles using BDD, TDD, Cucumber, Gherkin, etc. (At least have interest to learn it)
Cloud / Docker / Kubernetes (At least have interest to learn it)
Autonomous, rigorous with a high personal commitment
