We are looking for a sales enthusiast to join VORTAL?s Business Network team in a start-up like environment, being accountable for ensuring, and further increasing, new sales, leveraging the different services from the internal portfolio and partners.
The ideal person for this role must have a strong commercial drive and be aware of how companies from different sectors develop their business (from prospection, lead generation, marketing, sales, and customer retention).
Integrated in the Business Network team and side by side with product, marketing, and business accelerator teams you will have the mission to understand the Clients?
needs and to set up, develop and improve the product offering and a pragmatic go to market and sales strategy, ensuring the sales and revenue budgets of this business line.
Guarantee new business revenues by targeting new clients and increasing the VORTAL Suppliers? portfolio.
Pursuit new sales and customer success sales funnel KPI?s to anticipate lead generation and sales tactics and trends.
Organize and manage the workflows of commercial activity and corresponding documentation.
Analyze market insights and obtain customer feedback to identify and implement the necessary adjustments to the marketing and sales strategy and to discover product improvements and new angles of revenue.
Implement market creation and animation initiatives, attract potential customers and recommend potential products or services acting as leads generator.
Education & Experience
Up to 3 years in Sales (preferable)
Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences or equivalent.
Skills & Knowledge
Critical and Analytical spirit, fast-learner, with great communication skills!
Knowledge and Experience in Sales (preferable)
