The Strategy team, embedded in the Motors Data and Strategy team and operating at the EU regional level, is responsible for defining the future of Trust and Transparency in the Motors (Standvirtual.
com, Autovit.ro, Otomoto.pl) ecosystem. As a Strategy Analyst, you engage with Product Managers, Researchers, Designers, and Market teams to identify main barriers to Trust in the second-hand car market, and you collaborate with other analysts and data scientists to explore and prototype innovative solutions to these problems, using data as your main asset.
You are a top performer with a curious mindset and a strong business sense, you have outstanding analytical skills, and are able to critically think through strategic issues.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Support the ideation, execution, and monitoring of the Transparency Strategy
Analyze data to develop insights regarding customer behavior and pain points
Research competitors and international players, monitoring transparency trends and solutions
Explore and evaluate external data sources, assessing value and potential applications of the data
Collaborate in data acquisition efforts
Develop prototypes of data products and features aimed at increasing trust and transparency
Preferably 2 to 4 years in a similar role
Outstanding analytical skills paired with a profound business sense
Proven experience in working with large, multisource data sets and using analytics to drive business and product decisions and strategy
Ability to develop hypotheses and interpret data within the context of the business, distill data into actionable recommendations, and dig into the why behind the what
Advanced SQL and Excel skills
Working knowledge of Python, or desire to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner, paired with storytelling and data visualization skills
Fluency in English is a must.
Self-motivated, results oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Curious by nature - you don’t need to know it all, but are keen to explore and learn
Ability to think outside the box, looking for innovative solutions to complex problems
Nice to have
Knowledge of Polish, Romanian, or Portuguese is a plus
Experience with ecommerce, classifieds, and / or motors is a plus
