We're currently looking for a User Acquisition Associate that would help us tackle in helping the team identify and develop user acquisition strategies and the best marketing channels for reaching potential users.
This role will report into Miguel Tejada who is currently working with the Performance Marketing Teams

You?ll take full ownership of your work, executing and overseeing all UA initiatives.
Challenges & Responsibilities
As a UA specialist, you will be in charge of executing and overseeing digital user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks and for a broad portfolio of games.
Manage the tracking and iteration process of all campaigns towards the ROAS goal.
Own the full-process of A / B testing using ad platforms.
Manage the ad assets library and make sure all campaigns use best in class creatives.
Make day-to-day campaign performance analyses and report to different stakeholders.
Communicate with the data team to develop a deep understanding of audiences being targeted by digital campaigns, and create a targeting iteration plan based on campaign data.
Communicate with the design team and media coordinator to develop new creative strategies for our campaigns to increase conversion performance.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English)
Previous experience working in companies from the gaming industry is a great plus
Good understanding of user acquisition campaign analytic metrics and measurement tools.
