Manpower is recruiting a Dutch language Customer Service Advisor to represent one of Europe’s largest online-only retail companies by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm.
The advisor will assist end customers before, while and after purchase across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.
Help customers with returns, complaints, vouchers and discount codes.
Assist customers regarding shipping and delivery and also with questions to products on website;
Aim to resolve issues by phone, email or chat;
Answer payment and invoice queries;
Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.
What we are looking for
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch;
Knowledge in English (B2 level minimum);
Solution focused with eye for detail and quality;
Availability to work various shifts;
Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
