It’s about to decide on what really matters tocustomers and find the best way to answer to customers’ expectations in orderto develop long term relationship.

What is your mission?

Integrated in the Relational Marketing & Performance team ,under the CRM & Marketing Analytics department, you will have theopportunity to create new ways of developing customers’ value, throughmultichannel communication plan management, leveraging on Data & Analytics.

You will work incollaboration with Marketeers, Communication specialists and Business analystsin order to put in place outbound and inbound interactions with our customersand to drive insights to improve the customer relationship.

You will have a dualside mission between operational and analytical, so it’s expected you areanalytics oriented and able to produce and to follow KPI’s to better monitorcustomers’ behavior, supported by statistical and predictive models or by ad-

hocstudies about customers’ portfolio.

What are we expecting?

  • A self-motivated person, curious and dynamic;
  • Critical mindset, ready to make the difference in a diverseand dynamic environment;
  • A solid background in Management, Marketing,Information Management, Maths or Statistics, with a minimum of 2 years ofexperience (preferable);
  • Knowledge of Campaigns Management’ software, BusinessIntelligence and Analytical CRM.

  • Passionate about Marketing and CRM;
  • Excellent team player, autonomous and able to learnfast.
