The OutSystems Web Analytics Specialist is a critical piece of the world-class digital experience that we wish to provide to our prospects, customers, and partners.
This role combines expertise and experience in the analytics arena with execution capabilities, and it serves as a key driver to promote our digital properties growth.
Have a clear understanding of the definition of success for each of the teams, project or initiative
Support Product Development, UX, Marketing and CRO teams with in-depth analysis of key journeys and features in order to provide meaningful insights and support experience improvements
Support these same teams with the production of dashboard and availability of reports for both strategic and operational analysis
Support both Business Stakeholders and Technical Stakeholders with the definition of the integration requirements with the Behavioral Analytics Tools in order to meet all reporting and analysis needs
Work alongside data science and engineering teams to examine and develop new audience data sources and create ongoing efficiencies within key BI tools, such as PowerBI, Snowflake, and Google Analytics.
Support team excellence by documenting processes and evangelizing new approaches.
Evangelize the importance of data and strong processes throughout organization, as well as help promote self service approaches to data analysis
3+ years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data into clean, clear, and digestible dashboards and reports
Experience with Web Analytics (Google Analytics) and other product analytics tools (experience with Amplitude, FullStory or similar tools would be a plus but the most important is your capacity to be a tech savvy and ability to adapt to different tools)
Experience debugging data issues in analytics tools including the ability to inspect the page behavior and understand the events being triggered
Good communication skills and capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and explaining complex topics in simple and influential terms.
We are looking for a hands on research person, who has an analytical approach but is also business sensitive
