Responsibilities : Help guide our overall strategy through discussion and focused implementation.Lead the discussion on our technology architecture and implementation.
Report directly to our Product and Technology Director.Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.Partner closely with our product and design teams to maximize the value of what is delivered.
Commit to constant learning and improvement.Be the main responsible for the engineering team's deliverables quality and speed.
Main requirements3+ years of product development work.1+ years of team leadership work.2+ years of work with agile methodologies.
Solid understanding of web applications architecture and all of its layers.Experienced working with Ruby and Clojure.Good communication skills.
