Our Client, a health insurance marketplace based in Paris, is looking for a BM with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with deep-dive research and attention to detail.

Participate in the recruitment and training of the customer advisers;
Management of the customer advisers : International health insurance contract subscription; Contract life cycle management (amendment, payment);
Ease heath care pathways (interface between insured clients and health care cost manager);
Contribute to the development of Sales & Management scripts, and business processes;
Make sure the team of customer advisers is up to date on Sales & Management scripts, and business processes;
Ensure the daily reporting of the customer advisers activity to the Distribution & Partnerships Director;
Propose areas of improvements on management practices;
Provide relevant answers to the various requests from customers and monitor their actions in a quality approach to customer relations;
Ensure the quantitative and qualitative objectives which are assigned to you according to the quality of service required;
Actively participate in the activity of customer advisers.
Main requirements :
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or similar relevant field;
Previous working experience in Private Medical Insurance;
Skills required : Deal Sourcing, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Multitasking, Strategic Planning, Finance, Business Plan and Team Management;
Fluency in English and Portuguese, French is a plus;
Clearly exhibited logical and decision-making capabilities;
A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit;
Ability to work independently;
Passionate about technology;
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
