  • The IT User Support will report to the Head of IT Support, having the following responsibilities : Be the IT Single Point Of Contact for users located in Lisbon;
  • Provide support on standard tooling such as Workstation, OS, Office suite, Virtual machine Contribute to ease the New Joiner processLog incidents upon call or email and according to the incident : Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to the relevant manager Provide constant and effective communication to the business users and other IT teams on the progress of their issues and requestsParticipate to the regular committee with other teams involved and customer with respect to the Wealth management information system governance Build a knowledge databaseProfessional skills : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related to technical field, or equivalent experienceMore than 4 years of experience as User SupportExperience in processes draftingExperience working in a multi-cultural environment and remote teamsStrong knowledge in database concepts and web applicationsTechnical knowledge : Workstation / Virtual MachinesTelephony SystemsMessaging and Instant Messaging Remote network Access Access Right Management Process Systems : User’s Oriented, Online Banking, KYC and Clients’ attributes systemsDatabase : DB2, Postgre, OracleSoft skills : Analytical and detailed orientedProblem-solving skills along with a customer / user-centric mindsetExcellent work ethic, self-starter, autonomous Ability to learn from experience and from informal / formal instructionsHigh level of persistence, can-do attitude, pro-activeness and maturityVery good communications skills (verbal and written) with a diverse group of people : business users, IT teams, managersFluent in English (verbal and written communication)
