The role holder provides business consultancy to our client base and will develop other consulting opportunities. They may lead small teams of consultants or be part of a large team of consultants dealing with complex assignments and relationships.
Owns and delivers significant consulting assignments which typically require the management of input from other consultants.
Works to the assignment description and consulting standards. Will manage most of the large and more complex client assignments, identifying resource needs.
Manages and develops relationships with customers and colleagues interfacing with similar level of staff in order to define and deliver large assignments of high complexity.
At this level would be expected to have significant client relationship responsibility and would be proactive in bringing new ideas and product offerings to clients.
Actively contributes knowledge to Fujitsu and feedback on white papers / books. Actively participates in local special interest / practice groups.
Makes use of experts in appropriate areas and provides some mentoring to Fujitsu consultants. May manage a sub-practice area and ensures dissemination and sharing of practice knowledge throughout the organization.

Whilst principally responsible for client delivery they will have accountability for developing new business for Fujitsu.
Works with a moderate level of guidance to successfully execute a number of large assignments of high complexity. These assignments involve working with senior to executive management in client organizations or Fujitsu.

Data Object owner is responsible for
Proactive progression of defects assigned to Fujitsu in support of the Fujitsu Data Migration Lead.
Support of PWC counterparts in the provision of Fujitsu information as required to ensure successful completion of data loads
Support BPOs, SMEs on
Legacy to S4 Field mapping requirements for each data object
Legacy to S4 Value mapping requirements for relevant fields for each data object
Support the Fujitsu Data Migration Lead in Post Load Business Validation & reconciliation
Work collaboratively with Functional and Technical Consultant on the following
Validation of the legacy extract file (against the field mapping file)
Manage updates / changes to the legacy extract file
Transfer of data to the respective load templates (constructed data)
Together with the Data Migration Execution Team provide progress updates during the Mock Loads, dress rehearsal and cut over migration, for their respective data objects
To manage the extraction and mapping for the allocated data object
Facilitate the mapping between legacy data and the S / 4 solution
Work with the business and system owners in order to cleanse data at source
Work with local IT to facilitate the extraction and reconciliation of data from source systems
Be recognised by the single point of contact for the specific data object from a legacy perspective
To work with the Fujitsu data team to enable the timely cleanse of data ready for mock data loads, dress rehearsals and cutover, ensuring;
Deadlines are adhered to as per the data migration plan
That data cleanse activity is managed, tracked and reported
That data cleanse issues are clearly identified and explained to business and technical teams responsible for implementing cleanse activity
That all data cleanse defects are prioritised and resolved appropriately and in a timely manner
To work collaboratively with the data team and corresponding data owners
Overall 2+ yrs. of SAP related experience
Has participated in at least one large information transformation engagement in the SAP area from a project end to end point of view
Ability to present and gain sponsorship of appropriate area within the implementation team
Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and the SAP Teams toward developing a best practice processes, quality and efficiencies for OneERP
