What You'll Do

You'll be a member of Customer Experience (CX) Lisbon team reporting to the CX Lisbon Site Lead. Within CX, you will assist the Lisbon site lead with orchestrating CX programs and events, managing relationships with internal stakeholders across the region and other EMEAR and Global CX Centers.

Within the Cisco CX team, you will be focused on creating, building and executing exciting projects to maintain and expand Cisco's reputation as Lisbon’s Great Place to Work.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of activities with moderate to high levels of technical and / or business complexity and risk with a wide scope to shape how they evolve.

Lisbon is the newest CX site in EMEAR and will the site will grow aggressively the next couple of years. We need a program lead to help manage the employee and visitor experience, cross-

CX team initiatives and supporting the wider Cisco Lisbon community. This includes meeting organization, coordinating site events and executive visits, as well as data analysis, research and reporting.

Tasks will include but are not limited to :

  • Manage CX Site projects on request of and supervised by the CX Lisbon Site Lead
  • Coordinate monthly / quarterly Lisbon CX Leadership meetings - gather content and points for discussion, organize presenters, assign and track action items.
  • Manage CX Site Metrics - collect HR metrics, track HC flow, recruiting progress, analyze attrition and internal rotation data.
  • Interpret data and suggest possible solutions for red flag metrics. Align and combine various data sources for CX Site Metrics Dashboard.

    Present quarterly Site Health Check to the Country Leadership Board in Lisbon.

  • Ensure CX inputs into all Cisco Lisbon site events and work in collaboration with the local marketing team on both internal and external branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Create content for building and updating the Cisco Lisbon community, including recording and editing videos.

  • Coordinate Lisbon CX Site events manage schedule, plan and execution, coordinating the efforts to ensure the synergy with the Site strategy.
  • Coordinate CX participation of Executive Site Visits (both Cisco customers & internal Executives) upon Lisbon Site Executive approval.
  • Manage schedule and agenda, prepare content and presentation for the visit, ensure the content meets the visitor’s expectations and conveys the key strategy messages.

    Coordinate efforts across all parties, supporting Customer Experience Program Team in visit organization.

  • Coordinate local recruitment efforts as well as university relations activities, in collaboration with the respective teams.
  • Maintain the CX Lisbon Site Presentation with the current site status. Gather content and adjust it to the audience in accordance to the presenter’s narrative.
  • Engage with Lisbon Managers, Country Leadership Board, ensure CX updates are passed down to the manager community.
  • Prepare Lisbon market research upon the request of the Lisbon Site Lead / Country Leadership Board.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support CX Lisbon activities, in cooperation with other CX teams
  • Provide admin support to the CX Site Leader in daily business management from scheduling and calendaring to travel, expenses, and other support as requested.
  • Who You Are

    You will have a BS Business, CS or equivalent plus a number of years of project lead experience and the ability to communicate fluently in English.

    You'll be a self-starter who takes the initiative and receives minimal direction toward daily goals and objectives with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    You'll be highly proficient in engaging with senior stakeholders and establishing partnerships. You are someone excited about delivering high-

    impact results working with global virtual teams within a technical environment. You will act as both a consultant and partner : helping customers, clients and partners to understand their business needs, using collaborative approach.

    You'll have a strong business acumen; ability to gain an insightful view of the overall business landscape and apply to own assignments.

    Most importantly, you'll be a people person who loves to have fun and create great team environments.

    Required Experience :

    Demonstrated experience in

  • Organizing and facilitating local and virtual events, executive (customer and internal) visits.
  • Effectively communicating to executives and customers, as well as large audiences. Verbal and written.
  • Administrative support executive, site, and country engagements
