Job descriptionAs a Talent Attraction Manager, your main mission will be to find and attract top talents for different roles and locations.

In order to do this, you will be actively involved in the definition of the best recruitment strategy and sharing your expertise with internal stakeholders.

Moreover, you will act as a first company ambassador to our candidates and thus ensure a state-of-the-art recruitment process as well as a remarkable experience.

  • In your new role you will : - Provide consulting to Hiring Managers and local HR in several European countries on recruiting trends, candidate experience and recruitment strategies;
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies you will make use of our internal database and other platforms (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter) to find and attract experts for several job families;
  • Drive candidate relationship management activities you will use social media to promote our open positions, connect with candidates, build up and maintain your own network of talents;
  • Perform the candidate preselection based on the information from the Hiring Manager you will rank the candidates in our Applicant Tracking System;
  • Complete the recruitment process by sending feedback to all applicants, matching 2nd best ones with other opportunities, and closing the positions.
  • Your profileYou are result-oriented and have a structured and self-driven working style. You generate value through your ideas and solutions and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation with your team and others.

    Furthermore, your service mindset and your strong customer orientation allow you to target specific needs and to provide a service of excellence.

  • You are best equipped for this task if you have : - A University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics or an equivalent field;
  • At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment, headhunting or HR consulting focus on technical engineering / industry positions would be a plus;
  • Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter would be a great advantage;- Great communication skills and a consultant mindset;
  • A positive working attitude and a teamwork mentality;- Fluency in English.
