Job DescriptionSage is seeking a highly-motivated Senior Developer Engineer to join our product delivery team in Porto. Our team is cross-functional and has responsibility for delivering mission critical web services, components and applications for Sage.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a developer in Sage you will design, develop and deliver high quality products or systems that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Key Skills

The successful applicant will have very strong engineering, troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills.

You'll have strong experience in debugging and profiling and have taken an active role in development and design discussions.

In addition, you’ll have a sound understanding of web application development and architecture, application security and network technologies.

Proven track record of at least two years in Management Software development.

The ability to switch between technologies is essential, as is the ability to solve problems whilst working under pressure and to tight time scales.

Experience of Agile / SCRUM is also highly desirable.

In addition, previous knowledge and contact with Sage solutions will be extremely valued.
