Responsible for managing a portfolio of category customers with a revenue stream in the region. You will be responsible for executing company business strategy and well as developing as implementing specific category and TOP account plans.
Key objectives of the role are to protect existing customer revenue improving profitability, meet business growth targets and increase customer satisfaction.
Manage company relationship across a portfolio of customers
Identification and conversion of growth opportunities. Protect actual revenue business improving profitability
Execute audit program in line with company annual audit plan.
Build networks and relationships with portfolio customers.
Develop and implement joint strategic plans with key customers addressing topics such as growth, cost reduction, sustainability and ease of business.
Drive improved customer satisfaction and engagement.
Manage commercial tender and contract negotiations with customers
