Organize and coordinate the governance with clients :
Periodic surveys to reflect the level of satisfactory resulting from service.
Business needs follow up.
Incidents follow up.
Guarantee the reception of respective declarations from clients related to their scope of securities. Record and consolidate each perimeter in the allocation keys template.
Update the I Service Level Agreement (SLA) when a change in Terms & Conditions is identified :
Between Paris and Lisbon.
Between Paris and Chennai.
Data Quality Support
Control the daily Key Quality Indicators (KQI) and Key Data Elements (KDE).
Remediate with appropriated actions in system to reflect the best possible level of data quality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Key Risk Indicators (KRI).
Microsoft Office skills
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Good written and oral communication skills.
Continuous improvement and adaptation
Participate and actively contribute in transversal initiatives and projects.
