Your new role
You will provide support by email, phone (some inbound calls), bearing in mind that your daily workflow can consist in record deviating activities, discovering trends, and flagging emerging issues, since as liaising and providing key support for one area : Order Management, Fraud prevention, Payments or Business on daily operational issues and resolution of customer queries.
What you'll need to succeed
Be fluent in Italian and fluent in English (B2), both spoken and written. Excellent communication skills and high focus on customer satisfaction.
Attention to detail, prove you can work and make decisions with minimal supervision, problem solving skills. As this job is direct relation to order volume, flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work and rotation to other departments
