The Digital Merchandising & Campaign Planner will assist in the site merchandising allocation and optimize the entire customer journey, from new product uploading, weekly homepage planning, reporting, landing page optimization, on site search, navigation, and additional site content updates.
Keeping the customer experience at the centre of every task, you will help develop online strategy to drive organic traffic and increased conversion.
You will partner closely with cross-functional team members from Marketing, Studio, Product and Content to ensure all site merchandising and product data translate into improved user experience and increased sales.
Key responsibilities :
Assist site merchandising with consideration of aesthetics, brand, and inventory availability to fuse the art and science of site merchandising
Assist in developing weekly / monthly / quarterly merchandising plans to support product launches and continuously improve the customer experience
Work with analytics to ensure a robust performance framework is in place to track and measure our merchandising and business decisions.
Develop extensive post mortems and provide actionable merchandising recommendations on campaigns / collections
Execute plans for new product launches, promotions, and other site changes and maintain product catalogue
Ensure all site assets (images, copy, UGC) are aligned with available brand guidelines
Partner with Marketing, Product and Studio teams in order to put in motion the different campaigns, product photographs,
Merchandise site in accordance with inventory levels obtained by partners in Product team
Monitor the site for daily errors to ensure site information is accurate and consistent
Conduct QA testing prior to any new site content, products, or promotions going live
Uses data to make recommendations for site improvements, build A / B test hypotheses, and execute tests in coordination with Analytics and CRO team
Constantly scan the competitive landscape for best-in-class site merchandising and bring recommendations to the team

Minimum 2 years’ eCommerce Merchandising experience in fashion retail environments
Working knowledge of Google Analytics / web Analytics and SEO
Strong Analytical skills
Experience in Salesforce commerce cloud is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
