Identify & detect problems in a IP / Optical Network
Prioritize, analyze and troubleshoot problems in a telecommunications network
Support Field Technicians remotely in troubleshooting
Implement configuration changes in IP / Optical Network elements
Your skills and experience
You have :
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program focusing on Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications or equivalent
Basic knowledge in Telecom field
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Presentation & communication skills
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work in a pressure environment
It would be nice if you also had :
Experience as a IP Telecommunications operator
Knowledge of IP protocols and Nokia, Cisco or Juniper equipment’s
IP know-how in routing and switching
