As an HR Specialist, you will join our Employee Services team in Porto and support HR Business Partners with operational and administrative tasks related to employee management processes.
In your new role you will :
Provide efficient operational and administrative support to HR BPs in order to ensure the administration and delivery of HR processes;
Work on and support employee lifecycle processes , such as contract management, data management, absence management, termination management;
Provide data entry and maintenance activities within our SAP based employee data management system;
Generate HR data reporting for internal stakeholders;
Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes;
Manage transfer projects in order to include employee-related services from different European sites to the HR Service Center.

You are best equipped for this role if you have :
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or another relevant field;
1 to 3 years of experience in HR , preferably in a role where you applied your customer focus and detail orientation;
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form to explain and solve queries from stakeholders
A hands-on mentality and the ability to work in a dynamic international environment ;
Fluency in English .
