Job Description

  • Support Associates, managers and HR in Portugal and Spain, with all queries related to Bosch’s processes system;
  • Triage and report of technical issues to the 2nd level support via ticketing system;
  • Creating Change Requests (CR) and change management (test Panning, communication, trainings) for country requirements;
  • National Application Specialist for Learning and Development Bosch platform (HR Global Iberia).
  • Qualifications

  • High School Level Diploma as a minimum, Human Resources Degree or other relevant area would be preferred;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experience in HR or shared services industry (is a plus);
  • A keen interest in a career in HR shared services (is a plus);
  • Solid MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong customer focus with results and quality orientation;
  • Flexibility in adapting to new tasks and changing processes;
  • Solid collaboration skills and proactivity.
