MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provides conceptual design for needed insightful reporting aligned with business inputs.
  • Ensures all core commercial KPIs are monitored and analysed and points out gaps and growth opportunities (e.g. call adherence).
  • Proactively provides recommendations to franchises on optimal territory designs, field structure, multidimensional segmentation, resource allocations, omnichannel approaches, to support definition of innovative go to market models.
  • Fosters a culture of innovation and curiosity to anticipate future customer needs and promotes areas for innovative approaches leveraging tools such as AI, predictive analytics to increase field impact.
  • Manages third party relationship tapping onto new suppliers with breakthrough commercial excellence tools.
  • IDEAL PROFILE :

  • Degree in Science, Business Analytics, Economics or Engineering (Master / MBA are a plus);
  • More than 5 years od experience in and / or commercial excellence experience specialty in the Pharma or Healthcare Industry;
  • Experience in commercial consulting companies is a strong plus;
  • Experience in BI management, CRM, reporting and actionable insights skills;
  • Proven track record in innovative commercial field models (traditional & omnichannel) strongly desired;
  • Digital savviness;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
