We are looking for Service Desk Specialist

Based in : Linda-a-Velha

Keywords : Azure AD Windows OSX Networking Linux

Years of Experience : 2+

What you’ll do :

  • Troubleshoot incidents
  • Write easy to follow FAQs
  • Support new implementations & troubleshooting problems
  • Your skills & qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Non Mandatory)
  • Experience in Mac and / or Windows configurations
  • Technical background
  • Problem-solving skills
