German Customer Service Agent Job description Our customer is a multinational cigarette and tobacco manufacturing company with products sold in over 180 countries.
You will be supporting the customer by providing exceptional customer service via phone and e-mail. You will assist customers by responding to queries related to store locations, services, general inquiries, policies and assist with order placement while complying with all company policies, procedures and directives.
Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns; Answering customers’ queries by phone or e-mail; Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
