Your goal is to help maintain customer satisfaction through an excellent customer support by phone, email and chat.

Who you are :

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in English;

Previous experience in Customer Service is valued;

Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customeroriented;

Flexibility in the schedules.
