Our client is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to support country team.
Develop, upgrade and calculate incentive systems for all promotional lines.
Implement and manage standardized tools, systems, analytics and performance dashboards.
Align strategic company and promotional line objectives with sales and promotion plans and incentives schemes.
Coordinate development of innovative digital initiatives such as websites, applications or platforms by working closely with marketing team.
Manage the commercial related financial systems / platforms in order to support sales and marketing activities.
Design and manage customer excellence projects within the affiliate and the region.
Develop training proposals according to the needs.
Manage multichannel activities according to the digital governance policy.
Support the financial processes dedicated to the sales and marketing activities.
Experience in a customer-facing Customer Excellence / SFE role with strong customer Focus.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical support tools / systems : CRM / Veeva, IQVIA, Spotfire.
Ability to Lead people through change, creating a culture of openness and trust.
Understanding the impact of commercial activities in the market.
Adept at multi-tasking, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
