H.B. Fuller is looking for a dynamic, data oriented HR analytics professional to join our team. In this role you will work directly with HR Leadership and stakeholder to streamline and assist with reporting, data analytics, business processes and audits.

The candidate for this role will have a combination of business acumen and technical knowledge, while at the same time being hands-on with reporting, data analysis, presentations, and problem-solving.

The Global HRIS Analyst will play a vital role in working with a global organization in the reporting space for Workday


  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in HCM / core module to include reporting / dashboards and HR analytics. Proficient in at least one module like Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Recruitment.
  • Adds new configuration elements to the various HR systems in operation, including approved changes to business processes, organization changes, workflows, and security models
  • Maintain the ongoing design, configuration, and deployment modules and processes in Workday
  • Analyze, design and build new complex custom reports relating multiple objects and including data transformations with standard Workday reporting functionality (ex : Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
  • Proven expertise managing multiple projects concurrently, with various teams and functional groups of the organization.
  • Troubleshoots HRIS issues and errors, quickly resolving them along with root causes.
  • Understand integration, set-up, testing and impact
  • Back-up for other HRIS Analysts
  • Support new Workday Release activities and any other related activities.
  • Monitor service-desk ticketing dashboard and complete HR systems tickets / requests within dedicated service level agreement.

    Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, IT, business or related field

    Workday expertise

    Minimum 3 years professional level HRIS, information technology or human resources experience

    Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working with various business functions across the company.

    Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.


    MBA or Masters in an appropriate quantitative or related field or Human Resources

    5+ years of progressive work with data, metrics, statistics software

    Experience from within a large, complex, national or international organization recognized for world class human resources processes.

    Strong presence, high professional and personal standards and the ability to challenge the status quo.

    Excellent communication skills.
