POSITION OVERVIEW
H.B. Fuller is looking for a dynamic, data oriented HR analytics professional to join our team. In this role you will work directly with HR Leadership and stakeholder to streamline and assist with reporting, data analytics, business processes and audits.
The candidate for this role will have a combination of business acumen and technical knowledge, while at the same time being hands-on with reporting, data analysis, presentations, and problem-solving.
The Global HRIS Analyst will play a vital role in working with a global organization in the reporting space for Workday
PRIMARY DUTIES
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, IT, business or related field
Workday expertise
Minimum 3 years professional level HRIS, information technology or human resources experience
Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working with various business functions across the company.
Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or Masters in an appropriate quantitative or related field or Human Resources
5+ years of progressive work with data, metrics, statistics software
Experience from within a large, complex, national or international organization recognized for world class human resources processes.
Strong presence, high professional and personal standards and the ability to challenge the status quo.
Excellent communication skills.
